  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide): Flat rate of $19.99 | Estimated 1–5 business days.

Order Issues & Delays

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • Ribboned Collective is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

 

 

Click & Collect / Local Pickup

Currently, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our Sydney base.
